EMC Solutions Ltd Acquire Steatite EMC Division

EMC Solutions Ltd has acquired Steatite Ltd’s EMC division, this includes its EMI/RFI consultancy and filter manufacturing business and all design and intellectual property.

Formed in 1997 EMC Solutions have grown steadily to become the UK’s main privately owned EMC specialists, offering a tailored and bespoke service unrivalled by our competitors.

Managing Director Neil Harris comments  “As part of an our ongoing business development program, which saw growth increase by some 35% last year, the acquisition of the Steatite EMC division further enhances our expansion plans, as well as technical and production capabilities.

On the home front 2005 saw EMC Solutions invest in research and development paying divides, with major development work being carried out in both the domestic and military marketplace, which on completion will result in major contracts being placed during the next twelve months.
